Parminder Nagra lists Los Feliz house for sale

Actress Parminder Nagra has listed a home in Los Feliz for sale at $1.349 million.
The contemporary home, built in 1982 and renovated six years ago, features a 25-foot ceiling in the living room, an open floor plan, three fireplaces, balconies, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,484 square feet of living space. There is a terraced backyard and city and mountain views.
Nagra, 37, is known for her role on “ER” (2003-09) as Dr. Neela Rasgotra and the film “Bend It Like Beckham” (2002), in which she starred. More recently she has appeared in the series “Alcatraz” and “Psych.”
REAL ESTATE: A star architect to celebrities
The property was purchased in 2007 for $870,000, before her marriage to now ex-husband James Stenson. Nagra and Stenson also own another Los Angeles home, bought in 2004, for $1.025 million, according to Trulia.com, which broke the news of the Los Feliz house being put on the market.
