Century Plaza Towers to fill nearly three floors with new tenants
Landlord J.P. Morgan Asset Management has signed new tenants to fill nearly three floors in the Century Plaza Towers in Century City.
Law firms Blank Rome and Polsinelli Shughart will each take a floor, or more than 25,000 square feet. Wealth management firm Northern Trust Corp. will rent 23,000 square feet, slightly less than a full floor, real estate brokerage CBRE Group Inc. said.
Financial terms of the leases were not disclosed, but J.P. Morgan asks for rents of $3.45 to $4.25 a square foot a month, according to brokerage Cushman & Wakefield.
All three tenants will move in by the third quarter, CBRE Group said.
The twin 44-story Century Towers were built in the mid-1970s by Alcoa Inc., the original developer of Century City.
