Update: This is the only time this season that the Ducks face the Thrashers. It’s the third game of a six-game trip that continues Wednesday against the Washington Capitals. The Ducks have won eight of their last 10 games and could have Saku Koivu (sprained knee) back in the lineup after he sat out four games. The Thrashers’ Ilya Kovalchuk, the subject of trade rumors, has nine points (five goals, four assists) in the last seven games.
