Re “Last survivor of Titanic dies,” Obituary, June 1

Maybe there’s a message in the fact that the last survivor of the sinking of the Titanic, 97-year-old Millvina Dean, died just as GM went down.

The lack of good customer relations at GM dealers for me was a bit like too few lifeboats on the Titanic. I jumped ship. Luckily, a Toyota floated nearby.
