Three brothers, two of them juveniles, were arrested on suspicion of breaking into a Pasadena elementary school, police said Sunday.
Police say someone saw Oscar Comparan, 18, and his brothers, 14 and 12, jumping a fence and entering a building at James Madison Elementary School in the 500 block of Ashtabula Street about 11 p.m. Saturday.
Authorities found the three nearby. They confessed to two previous break-ins at the school, Pasadena Police Lt. Chris Russ said.
Police recovered two guitars and a violin that the young men said they had stolen from the school, Russ said. Oscar Comparan was held in lieu of $20,000 bail; his brothers were taken to Juvenile Hall, Russ said.
