An ice cream store and two yogurt stores were robbed within 90 minutes late Sunday night, San Diego police said.
In each case, the robber told clerks he had a gun and that members of his gang were waiting outside. No one was injured after employees complied with a demand to turn over money.
The Cold Stone Creamery in the Mira Mesa neighborhood was hit at 10 p.m, the Pinkberry yogurt store in Hillcrest at 10:22 p.m., and the TF Yogurt store near La Jolla at 11:33 p.m., according to police.
