The talking-dog comedy “Beverly Hills Chihuahua” repeated at No. 1 thanks to the weak starts for the big-budget espionage thriller “Body of Lies,” the football-themed historical drama “The Express” and the family adventure “City of Ember” (which missed the top 10). The horror film “Quarantine” opened solidly, meeting expectations. Sales in the U.S. and Canada, Oct. 10-12:
