GM ends Saturn dealer restriction

General Motors Corp. will allow all of its dealers to sell certified used Saturn vehicles starting next month for the first time since the division began U.S. sales in 1990.
Saturn dealers also will be allowed to market certified used vehicles from GM’s other divisions, a spokesman said.
