From Times Wire Reports
Village leaders in the southern Chicago suburb of Lynwood have approved an ordinance that would levy $25 fines against anyone showing 3 inches or more of their underwear in public.
Mayor Eugene Williams says young men who walk around town half-dressed keep major retailers and economic development away.
The American Civil Liberties Union says the ordinance targets young men of color.
Joe Klomes, 21, said the new law infringed on his personal style.
