Ex-NBC head Wright joins Lee Equity

Former NBC Universal Chairman Bob Wright has joined Lee Equity Partners, a private-equity firm founded by Thomas H. Lee, as a senior advisor.
Wright, 64, who has spent nearly his entire career at General Electric Co., also serves as GE’s vice chairman.
Wright left his management role nearly a year ago after leading NBC for two decades and building it into a media conglomerate.
