2 soldiers held in death of 6 civilians

Two soldiers assigned to fight rebels in southern Colombia were arrested in connection with the killing of six unarmed civilians, including a child, the army said.
The soldiers appeared to be drunk when they entered a party in a school in the town of San Vicente del Caguan and opened fire, killing three, witnesses told reporters. Three more people were found shot dead near the building, the army said.
