UCLA rallies by Washington State

Lindsey Pluimer scored 18 points and grabbed a career-best 13 rebounds for UCLA, which came back to beat Washington State, 73-70, on Sunday in a Pacific 10 Conference game at Pauley Pavilion.
The Cougars (5-16, 1-10 Pac-10) took their biggest lead at 38-26 with 17 minutes 47 seconds left. The Bruins (12-11, 6-5) then rallied behind Teirra Henderson, who finished with 10 points, and Shaina Zaidi, who ended up with 14 points.
The Bruins tied the score, at 47-47, on a three-point shot by Zaidi with 10:04 left. UCLA took the lead for good, at 54-53, on a Henderson basket with 7:36 left.

USC 78, Washington 58 -- Shay Murphy scored 25 points to lead the Trojans (13-8, 7-4) over the Huskies (13-9, 6-5) in a Pac-10 matchup at the Galen Center. USC shot a season-best 54.4%, including making six of 10 three-point shots.
