Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The following schedule will be in effect:
Government: All county, state and federal offices and courts will be closed. Most city halls will be closed.
Mail: There will be no delivery and post offices will be closed.
Libraries: Most branches will be closed.
Banks: Most institutions will be closed.
Schools: Public schools will be closed.
Public transportation: Metrolink trains and Orange County Transportation Authority buses will run on regular weekday schedules.
Trash collection: Pick-up will not be affected.
