Holiday closures

Today is Martin Luther King Day. The following schedule will be in effect in observance of the holiday:
Government: All city, county, state and federal offices and courts will be closed.
Mail: There will be no delivery; post offices will be closed.
Libraries: Most will be closed.
Banks: Most will be closed.
Schools: Public campuses will be closed.
Public transportation: Metrolink trains as well as MTA bus and rail service will run on regular weekday schedules.
Trash collection: Regular pickup schedules will be maintained in Los Angeles.
