2 arrested in molestation, porn cases
Authorities have announced arrests in separate child molestation and child pornography cases, one involving a website bulletin board used to trade illicit images of minors.
Jeffrey Blaine Hall, 51, subscribed to “North American Man Girl Love Assn.” website, where he downloaded and posted child pornography, a federal criminal complaint alleges. Authorities announced the arrest Friday.
Hall is being held without bail at the downtown Metropolitan Detention Center, federal officials said.
In the second case, a Lancaster man was facing dozens of felony counts in state court after being accused of repeatedly molesting and taking explicit photographs of a young girl in his neighborhood.
Christopher Jarold Hoff, 41, also could face federal charges based on evidence seized from four home computers. Authorities also took dozens of movies and computer discs.
Hoff is being held on $5-million bail at Men’s Central Jail in Los Angeles.
