30-year mortgage rates unchanged at 6.18%

Rates on 30-year mortgages averaged 6.18% this week, unchanged from last week, mortgage company Freddie Mac said.
Fifteen-year mortgages averaged 5.94%, up slightly from 5.93% the previous week, while one-year adjustable-rate mortgages averaged 5.42%, down from 5.47% last week.
Lenders charged an average of 0.4% in fees and points on 30- and 15-year mortgages, and 0.6% on the one-year ARM, all unchanged from last week.
