Laugh Factory to host holiday meal
For the 29th year, the Laugh Factory in Hollywood will be serving free dinners on Christmas next week to anyone who shows up. Meals will be served at 1, 3, 5 and 7 p.m. -- with free comedy performances at each.
The club, at 8001 Sunset Blvd., said that Paul Rodriguez, Dane Cook, Jon Lovitz, Dave Chappelle and Paul Mooney would be among the comedians providing entertainment.
“Spending the holidays alone is no laughing matter,” Laugh Factory owner Jamie Masada said in a news release. “Many people have no family here. They come to Hollywood with talent and ambition but often a lack of funds and friends. We create a welcoming atmosphere of family, fun and good cheer.”
