* at San Jose 3, Colorado 2: Joe Thornton had two goals and an assist, and San Jose ended a three-game winless streak.
* at New Jersey 4, Montreal 0: Zach Parise had his first three-goal game, Martin Brodeur made 27 saves for his 94th shutout and the Devils won their sixth straight game.
* at Pittsburgh 4, Dallas 1: Sidney Crosby had two goals in the third straight victory for the Penguins, who have scored 14 goals in their last three games.
* at Minnesota 3, St. Louis 2 (OT): Marian Gaborik’s wrist shot with 2:39 to play in overtime lifted the Wild, which has won three in a row for the first time since starting the season with five straight wins.
