Trade paper plans national edition

The Hollywood Reporter plans to start a national edition to expand sales outside of California.
The edition will be printed regionally for same-day delivery starting Nov. 2, the Los Angeles-based newspaper said.
The national edition is part of a plan to increase readership in New York and on the East Coast, the paper said, and it will add staff in those areas.
