Greenhouse gases: An article in Thursday’s California section about an agreement by six Western states and two Canadian provinces to reduce greenhouse gas emissions incorrectly stated that California’s 2006 global warming law requires emissions reductions of 15% below 1990 levels. The law requires reductions to 1990 levels by 2020.
