Bingham Ray joining Sidney Kimmel film unit

Longtime film executive Bingham Ray is joining the film production company of clothing magnate Sidney Kimmel.
Ray formerly headed October Films and United Artists. He will head a new distribution arm of Sidney Kimmel Entertainment.
