From the Associated Press
Tenet Healthcare Corp. said it had completed the sale of four hospitals and expected to receive $146.5 million.
Ochsner Health System bought three hospitals, including Memorial Medical Center in New Orleans, where patient deaths after Hurricane Katrina led to murder charges against a doctor and two nurses.
Dallas-based Tenet had announced in June that it planned to sell 11 hospitals.
