3 teens shot at Long Beach golf course
Three teenagers were shot in the parking lot of a Long Beach public golf course Saturday night after a dispute erupted at a party, police said.
The shooting at Heartwell Golf Park at 6700 E. Carson St. occurred about 12:30 a.m. after security guards asked a group of people to leave a party in the clubhouse, said Long Beach Police Officer Jackie Bezart.
Outside, at least one man allegedly fired at partygoers, striking two 17-year-old girls and a 17-year-old boy, Bezart said. The victims were hospitalized but their wounds were not life-threatening, she said.
No arrests had been made, she said.
