And what about those Angels?

A year ago I wrote that we were fooling ourselves if we thought the NFL was really going to come back to L.A., and now that I’ve been proved right I want to make another prediction: The Angels will once again be shut out of the major free-agent talent this winter.

It’s a good thing that General Manager Bill Stoneman has his A, B, C, D & E plans, because it’s just one week into free-agent season and he is down to Plan C. Maybe we can pick up Jeff Weaver, that World Series ace?
