Man Guilty of Confining Woman for Weeks of Sex
From Times Wire Reports
A man who held a neighbor captive for sex for more than two weeks was found guilty of kidnapping, false imprisonment, possession of an illegal electronic weapon, obstruction and sexual assault.
Prosecutors said Randall Fisher of Sturgeon Bay and his wife, Sharon, used a knife and electric stun gun to take a neighbor woman captive. They kept her in the basement of their home, prosecutors said.
Sharon Fisher was sentenced to eight years in prison last year for her role in the case.
