12 Held in 2002 Slayings of 2 American Teachers

Indonesian police arrested 12 suspects in the killings of American teachers Rickey Lynn Spier and Leon Edwin Burgon in 2002.
The suspects were separatists from Papua province, said police chief Lt. Col. Dedi Junaidi.
He said they included Anthonius Wamang, who was indicted by a U.S. grand jury in 2004. It was unclear whether Indonesia will extradite him.
