Boy, 14, Held in Death of Pregnant Woman

Police have arrested a 14-year-old boy in the shooting death of a 28-year-old pregnant mother in the parking lot of her workplace in December.
The boy is one of five people police took into custody, including the woman’s 25-year-old husband.
Si Choy Saeturn, who was four months pregnant, was shot in the head and abdomen Dec. 29 as she left her job as a dispatcher at a Sacramento alarm company.
She also was the mother of a 10-year-old girl.
