Several counties in emergency state

Gov. Jeb Bush declared a state of emergency in Columbia, Pasco, Lake and Volusia counties, which were hardest hit by a Christmas Day storm.
Four tornadoes damaged hundreds of homes, with one twister flipping airplanes at a flight school and tearing the roofs off three apartment buildings.
In Daytona Beach, 20 police vehicles were destroyed.
