Now that NBA Commissioner David Stern has thrown in the towel regarding the new microfiber composite ball, some other changes he might want to consider are eliminating the offensive and defensive three-second rule, since none of the NBA referees can count to three, and the blocking-charging foul, since the only NBA referee who could tell the difference is long dead.
