San Bernardino County sheriff’s officials and Big Bear Lake detectives confiscated what they estimated to be $500,000 worth of marijuana plants at a residence in Sugarloaf.
Authorities this week arrested Richard Anthony Daniel, 22, on suspicion of two felony charges -- cultivation and possession of the drug for sale.
After getting leads from WeTip, an online resource to report suspected criminal activity anonymously, police searched the property and found 155 marijuana plants in the house and garage.
Daniel will appear in court Sept. 28.
