Kidnapped Baby Found Safe in Back of Truck

A 14-month-old boy reported kidnapped in a home robbery in Philadelphia was found unharmed hours later in the back of a pickup several miles away. A jogger returning to his truck found the baby crying in the vehicle’s open-air bed.
