4 Teens to Be Charged as Juveniles in Death

Four teenagers accused of chasing a college student into the path of a car that hit and killed him will be charged with murder as juveniles, a prosecutor said in New York.
Prosecutor Joel Seidemann said state law prohibited the grand jury from charging the two 15-year-olds and two 13-year-olds as adults in the April 1 death of Broderick Hehman, who attended New York University.
