TIMING is everything. If it had been 5:30, Bob Bradburn might never have spotted Sacre-Coeur peeking through the clock at Musee d’Orsay in Paris. “The weather was unstable, so there were dark clouds behind Sacre-Coeur,” said Bradburn, chairman of the social sciences department at Sunny Hills High School in Fullerton.
