Home sales are on target to break another record in 2005, fueled lately by added demand resulting from recent hurricanes, according to the National Assn. of Realtors. Existing-home sales are forecast to rise 4.2% to 7.07 million in 2005, while new-home sales are expected to increase 7.1% to 1.29 million.
