Protesters Storm Government Building

A protest against Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo turned violent when 300 activists from farmers groups stormed the compound of the Agriculture Ministry in Manila and called on her to resign.
Police quickly cleared dozens of protesters after they broke windows. Arroyo has been under fire over allegations of election fraud, which she has denied.
