Hollywood tax breaks

Re “Bill Would Refund Film Companies,” Aug. 24
Correct me if I am wrong, but most people in the movie industry have an income well above average, and we are not talking about the actors. If this is the case, then why should the average citizen, making less money, give a tax break to a group making more money than average? You know, the cost of making films in L.A. also can drop if those involved made less money. Ah, now there’s a solution!
