An after-school tutoring and activities program will again be offered through 6 p.m., Los Angeles Unified School District officials said Friday.
Because of budget cuts, officials had moved the closing time to 5 p.m. in July.
Federal funds and new grant money prompted a return to the longer schedule.
Associate Supt. John Liechty said the 6 p.m. schedule should be back in operation by the end of the month.
