It seems every year we fall in love with a new peeler. This one, which also comes in a “Y” model, has a razor-sharp blade that’s absolutely brilliant at making wide strips of lemon zest. Even better, the blade can be replaced (two blades come in a triangular replacement cartridge) when it loses its edge.
