Crash-Damaged I-95 Repairs Are Complete

Interstate 95 in Bridgeport is expected to be back to normal for travelers today, months after a fiery crash involving a loaded tanker truck.
State officials are opening lanes in both directions on the reconstructed Howard Avenue overpass, heavily damaged in the March crash.
Paul Breen of the state Department of Transportation said commuters were going to find marked improvement in the traffic flow.
