Santa Ana police sought the public’s help Monday in the death of a 61-year-old man whose body was found behind an industrial complex.
The body of Freeman Packard of Santa Ana was discovered by a passerby about 7:45 a.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of Hunter Avenue, said Police Sgt. Carlos Rojas.
Investigators have few clues. Although Packard appeared to have been beaten, an autopsy was inconclusive, Rojas said.
Detectives may be reached at (714) 245-8390.
