Police Hunt 2 Men in Attempted Kidnapping
Police on Wednesday asked for the public’s help finding two men they believe tried to kidnap a 12-year-old girl.
The girl was accosted about 10 a.m. Saturday while standing in front of an apartment in the 1400 block of South Raitt Street by a man described as a light-skinned Latino about 35 years old, 5 feet 3 to 5 feet 8, weighing 200 pounds, with tattoos on his right shoulder and left arm.
Confronted by neighbors, he fled in a car driven by another man, described as 30 to 33, about 5 feet 9, dark-skinned with black hair and a thin mustache.
Anyone with information is asked to call (714) 245-8390.
