DWP’s Unsung Heroes
When the mighty winds blow, causing power lines to snap, l ask the people of Los Angeles to stop and remember in their thoughts and prayers the unsung heroes in our Department of Water and Power, who daily risk their lives to climb the high poles and harness deadly electricity to give us the “gift of light.”
