Christine N. ZIEMBA (“Modern Art You Can Hear,” May 16) made a huge mistake when she said that New York’s WPS1 Internet radio station had the most eclectic programming. I listened to it and came to the conclusion that it is very “New York,” not that eclectic and not nearly as eclectic and innovative as our own KCRW-FM (89.9) public radio. I don’t think that she has listened to the full scope of KCRW. I found WPS1 not as informative as the art talks on KCRW and a lot less professional. They try, but no radio can rise above KCRW, the standard for creative radio programming and intelligence.
