Pride goes home after brain surgery

DALLAS — Country singer Charley Pride is recuperating at home following brain surgery last week to remove a subdural hematoma, his personal assistant said Wednesday.
The surgery was performed Saturday at an undisclosed hospital. Doctors told Pride, 66, that he can expect a recovery time of four to six weeks.
Pride, a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame, had been experiencing severe headaches.
