Overseas Jobs May Price Out U.S. Consumers
- Share via
In “Sending Jobs Overseas Isn’t Always Worth It, U.S. Companies Find” (April 11), Kristen Kuhns has decided to “stick with India.” My question to her is: Who does she think is going to be purchasing her product (customized computer systems) in the future?
She is taking work out of the country, driving up unemployment rates and putting companies and individuals out of business -- the same individuals and companies that might otherwise be consumers of her systems.
I suggest she begin opening up Indian markets -- they’ll be the only ones that will be in a position to buy her product soon.
