City Administrator Ray Silver Steps Down

City Administrator Ray Silver retired Friday. Silver, 55, spent 13 years with the city, “half-and-half” as assistant city administrator and then in the top post.
After 35 years in various city and county public sector jobs, Silver said he plans to enter the private sector as a consultant.
