Thursday, vs. Minnesota, 7:30 p.m., Fox Sports Net -- The Wild scores more than two goals about once a month and has been one of the bigger disappointments in the Western Conference after making it to the conference finals last season.

Saturday, vs. Montreal, 7 p.m., Fox Sports Net -- The Canadiens are neither flashy nor awe-inspiring, but they’ll go where many more flamboyant teams won’t -- the playoffs. The Canadiens, seventh in the East, have 15 goals from defenseman Sheldon Souray.
