Man Charged in Deaths of His 2 Children

A 32-year-old man was charged Wednesday with killing his 3-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter.
Carlos Martinez, who brought his family here from Mexico on May 13, is accused of fatally stabbing his daughter, Carla, and son, Roberto, on May 28 while his wife was at work.
