Funding for the Future

Could we have a front-page assessment of how many teachers, classrooms, art classes, sports programs and music programs could be funded by a 7% increase in the federal military spending budget (Jan. 24)? Not to mention health insurance for millions of uninsured children. I fear we have forgotten our children and their futures.
