Boy, 5, Dies After Being Hit by Pickup
From Times Staff Reports
A 5-year-old boy was fatally struck by a pickup Saturday at College Street and La Habra Boulevard, police said. The unidentified boy died at Brea Community Hospital.
Witnesses told police the boy was trying to cross College Street about 12:30 p.m. The driver of the truck could not see the boy because of parked cars, police said. No arrest was made.
